Diesel,water and additive were merged with volume ratio of 70:30:1 (weight ratio of 65:34:1,calculated according to density of diesel, 0.84kg/L),and the rate of economizing oil reached 27.8% according to many gantry and path experiments. The production whose retention period is two years is stable comparatively,and suitable to all kinds of marking diesel. Emulsion diesel, suitabe to all kinds of marking diesel made in our country, can be used in any diesel engine and does not change any part of a diesel engine.

4. Conditions of building a factory
4.1 Raw materials and equipments
The main raw materials of producing diesel additive are emulsion benzene which can be bought easy.The equipments are as follows: liquid pug-mill,reactor system,liquid gage,balance,diesel engine,etc.
4.2 Produce technology,condition and throughput
4.2.1 Produce technology: Material ¨C Prescription ¨C Inputting ¨C Mill ¨C Reaction ¨C Bottle ¨C Incasement ¨C Storage
4.2.2 Condition: Twenty of workers including technicians with senior high school graduate or above are needed.The workshop,civil house can be satisfied,has 100 square meters.The total investment fund has 6,600,000 yuan and current fund is determined by production.

The total cost is £¤17,000 and factory price is £¤52,000 each ton (£¤50 per litre).Annual pure profit would be over £¤750,000.Economic benefit would be remarkable.

5.3 Sales unit price

The program of the Tenth Five-Year Plan said that all kinds of substitutes to gasoline should be developed and made the development of liquid biofuel as orientation of national industry in the future.
